A: No. We provide all necessary materials and tools.

Q: Is your space accessible?
A: Our hanok venue has some traditional architectural limitations. If you have accessibility needs, please contact us before booking.
Q: Are the classes beginner-friendly?
A: Yes. Our classes are designed for all levels, including complete beginners.
Q: Can children attend?
A: Unless otherwise specified, our classes are intended for adults. Some may allow teens accompanied by a guardian.

Cancellation Policy
BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email.
Customized experiences require prior discussion to finalize details such as duration, activities, and special requests.
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but not all modifications may be possible.
BOOKING DEADLINE:
Bookings are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled event. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Payment is processed online through our booking platform.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
More than 7 days before the event: Full refund.
3–7 days before: 50% refund.
Less than 3 days: No refund.
Within 24 hours or no-shows: Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Bookings may be transferred to another person with prior notice via email. Transfers without prior notice will not be honoured.
A minimum of 3 participants is required. If not met, guests will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and offered a full refund or reschedule.
If Uaa Studio cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, facility issues, natural disasters), guests will receive a full refund or may reschedule.
No refunds for missed classes due to travel delays.
RESCHEDULING POLICY:
Guests may reschedule their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled event at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the event is not permitted.
WEATHER POLICY:
For outdoor experiences, if severe weather conditions arise, the event may be rescheduled or relocated indoors where possible. Guests will be notified of any changes in advance.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guests are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened experiences without a refund.
Uaa Studio reserves the right to refuse service if guests are disruptive or fail to adhere to the guidelines of the venue.
HEALTH & SAFETY:
Guests are expected to follow all health and safety guidelines during their experience.
If any participant displays symptoms of illness, Uaa Studio reserves the right to deny participation for the safety of others.
DAMAGE & LIABILITY:
Guests are liable for any damages caused to the venue or equipment during their event.
Uaa Studio is not liable for personal injuries or lost items during the experience.
