Get rolling in this hands-on gimbap-making experience set in our beautiful hanok. With step-by-step guidance from a local instructor, you’ll make two gimbap rolls—your way. Choose from a variety of traditional and creative ingredients, including vegetarian options, and craft your own unique combinations.
Everything is provided, so you can simply roll, eat, and enjoy. Once you’re done, relax in our peaceful hanok courtyard and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Part 1: Prep & Pick
All your ingredients are beautifully prepped and ready to go—just bring your creativity. Choose from a colorful spread of classic and modern fillings to make your perfect gimbap roll.
Part 2: Roll With It
With guidance from your instructor, learn how to spread, layer, and roll like a pro. It's all about technique, balance, and a little bit of fun. No two rolls will be the same!


Part 3: Roll It Twice
You’ll roll two full gimbap—so go classic with one, and get creative with the other. Whether you stick to tradition or freestyle with bold flavors, each roll is a delicious reflection of you. Vegetarian options available.
